ARLA

We are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents, ARLA.

ARLA is the only professional organisation to be solely concerned with the rental market, and requires of members that ARLA qualifications are held to demonstrate the firm has a detailed grasp of the complexities of letting and property management.
There are also requirements for the levels of Professional Indemnity Insurance to be carried, independent auditing of clients' accounts and for the compulsory bonding of these monies under the ARLA Bond of First Resort, safeguarding landlords' rent and tenants' deposits.

From just one visit we will take the time and effort to present your property in the best possible light and then place it in the appropriate media quickly, professionally and efficiently.

Compliance with Safety Regulations

As a landlord, you have an obligation to ensure that your property complies with all the necessary regulations covering the safety of gas appliances, electrical installations and any furnishings supplied for the tenancy. We can advise you on this and arrange the necessary inspections.

Proceeding with a Suitable Tenant

Tenancy Agreement

We will draw up the relevant paper work forming a legal agreement, which is then signed by both parties.

Inventory

An inventory of the contents and condition of the property is usually produced prior to commencement of the tenancy. This will be supplied to both landlord and tenant.

Rent and Deposit

Let Solutions can collect the rent on your behalf and a deposit from the tenant is held by us as Stake holder.

Check in

Let solutions will ensure that cleared funds are received from the tenant prior to check in and handover.

Completion
