The company
We are a privately owned lettings agency, managing properties across Kent mainly in and around Canterbury. Our friendly, professional members of staff are experienced in all aspects of property services and are more than happy to answer any queries that you have regarding letting or renting a property.
We are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).

The people:
Graeme Wall
Since graduating from The London School of Economics in 1982, Graeme has spent over 25 years in the Property business. He spent 5 years working with his family firm of building Contractors in Somerset, before moving to Kent to build new homes with Ward Holdings PLC in 1988.
He left his position as the Sales and Marketing director of Ward Holdings PLC in 2000, and created Let Solutions later that year.
Graeme is a qualified member of the professional bodies of ARLA and the NAEA and is the Proprietor of Let Solutions.
Ellen North
Ellen began her career in Residential Lettings with Herfordshire Estates in Cambridge in 1996, and gained experience within the accounts and maintenance department, eventually taking responsibility for a mixed portfolio of over one hundred houses as the Property Manager. Ellen returned to Kent in 1999 where she became the Manager of the Oakley Prior Partnership in the Canterbury Office. Her proactive attitude and management skills were immediately felt within Sales and Letting department.
Ellen is a qualified member of ARLA and manages the office in Canterbury.
Lynn Webb
Lynn joined the team as a Lettings Administrator in June 2010. Lynn originates from Canterbury, has a good knowledge of the local area and brings to the company extensive experience of delivering excellent customer service.
